Nitesh B V is a highly skilled Software Engineer currently working at Intel Corporation. He is a USC graduate with a Master's Degree in Computer Science. With almost 8 years of relevant experience, Nitesh has worked on various networking software solutions and has contributed to the development of the SDK for next-gen switch silicon for 5G base stations. Currently, Nitesh is a Network Software Engineer at Intel's Barefoot Software Division, where he is responsible for developing P4 programs for next-gen data plane telemetry applications for Tofino switches. He is also contributing towards the development of ACL and SONIC features for Tofino switches. Prior to joining Intel, Nitesh worked for 2 years at Sonus Networks, where he developed scalable network software solutions. He worked on Data path implementation for session border controller (SBC, pure software edition) in DPDK, Network Processor (NP) portion of the data path, and implemented SIP and H323 Video support on Network Processor, Secure NAT, DSCP pass-through, IP Forwarding. He was also responsible for implementing SWe on KVM virtualization platform and designed and developed a memory leak detection framework for SWe. Nitesh's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Nitesh's technical skills include software engineering, P4 programming, DPDK, and NFV. He is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about developing innovative solutions in the field of networking.
